Water


How much water you drink in a day, as much as you feel thirsty, you drink as much water, but you should drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water in a day because water keeps you hydrated, it solves more than half of the problem.

Skin type


Do you know which type of skin you have or not, then you first know what your skin type is like oily skin, dry skin, normal skin. after know skin type then buy a suitable product like facewash, Sunscreen, or moisturizer, etc

Facewash


What face wash do you use You know which facewash should be used, do not know which type of skin you have, then take a face wash and that facewash should contain salicylic acid and not paraben acid this face wash is best for you and use facewash at least 2 to 3 times a day


Moisturizer


So you know which face wash you have to use, now what to do after facewash, you should use moisturizer, which one should you use moisturizer. Whoever you take the company's moisturizer with, but it should contain added with hyaluronic acid, glycerin, petrolatum, and after this you use the moisturizer. use a moisturizer after face wash.


Sunscreen


You use sunscreen while coming out of the house. If you do not use it, then you are making the biggest mistake. You should think about your skin. You should use sunscreen before going out. Sunscreen protects your skin from the sun.


Don't touch your face


Don't touch your skin anytime anywhere If you put your hands on your face again and again, then you are spoiling your skin, you are applying on your face the bacteria, you should not touch your face, remember this



Don't touch your pimples

So next one is definitely, do not touch your face to pop a zit this is a big no-no for everyone guys I know it sucks to have a pimple right in the middle of your forehead or on the tip of your nose but touching it is not gonna make it goes away and it's probably gonna make it worse it's gonna make it red and it's probably gonna cause some type of inflammation 

so don't pop that pimple if you're really gonna do it think about it again and if you're really stubborn and you have to do it then at least wash your hands before you do it and maybe use a clean tissue so that you're not touching your skin but like I said it's not gonna make it go away so why not just let it go through all its stages until it dies off that way it's not gonna leave any marks on your face


Diet


Healthy fats so your diet is a huge part of your skin is like the body's biggest organ when you're eating unhealthy it will flourish through your skin when you're eating healthy again it'll flourish through your skin fats are so good for your skin because they contain omega-6 fatty acids which are the building blocks for your cell membranes when you eat a lot of fats not only does it hydrate your skin but it also radiates your skin some healthy fats that

I recommend are coconut oil, avocados, fish, olives, nuts, are a big one walnuts almonds, cashews, peanuts these are so good for your skin when I find my skin looking very dull and dry I look at my diet


Eat sugar food

Eating too much sugar when you eat something with a lot of sugar like cake candy chocolate you know all the taste of stuff your body will immediately produce more insulin to keep your blood pressure on the right track one thing 

I notice immediately when I eat too much chocolate for example breakouts every single time it's crazy so if you want a better skin go easy on the sugar plus it's healthier that way so why not


Sleep


I have is to make sure that you're having a good quality sleep is super important when they say beauty sleep that actually is a real the thing when you sleep and you get eight hours of quality sleep every night there are Beauty benefits such as improving your skin you also want to make sure that when you're sleeping you are washing your sheets every week or so if you're sleeping on it constantly and you don't want to show sheets that bacteria is going to grow in your pillow or wherever you're putting your face and then turn to your face produce a lot of acne

Sleep is more important for your skin you need having a good enough sleep benefit is staying the active full day and relax not stress that major role of skin need to have a good sleep otherwise face glow not show


Skincare Routine


Make Good skincare routine mean to write a note down what is time to do facewash use moisturizer or sunscreen good schedule to helps time to time use proper skincare routine and follow your skincare routine


Don't use Acne Product


Do not use acne products that say for acne-prone skin get rid of your acne do not use those products without a professional telling you so because a lot of these contain very very harsh chemicals that literally strip your skin of all of the naturally produced oils on your skin and it's just so bad for your skin not only your skin but it seeps into your pores and gets into your bloodstream it's just not see 

if you have an acne problem instead of buying different products that are on the shelves right now and like testing it out failing and failing and failing to fail and getting your skin even worse than it already is just going to a one-stop-shop go to a professional go to a dermatologist


Use high-quality products

I have is to make sure that you're facing natural products you want to make sure that you're able to understand and read the labels of the products that you're using make sure that using quality products you don't want to be buying things that have lots of chemicals in it I actually bought a cheaper quality product that 

I didn't know any of the ingredients to and I actually just bought the face wash because I liked the look of it, in turn, I washed my face and I was breaking down all over my neck and it was making my skin super dry so make sure that you're finding quality products do your research before you buy products to look at the ratings and reviews and that should definitely help


Smoking kills your skin 

Next one I hate this habit alright I'm sorry for saying it but it's just gross smoking cigarettes smoking is so bad for you in general and no surprise here it's also terrible for your skin the nicotine that's in cigarettes is going to reduce the blood flow to your skin so now you're not getting enough oxygen and nutrients to your skin 

if you're a heavy smoker it's gonna show it's the fact that your skin is gonna be thinner it's gonna be dull it's gonna be wrinkly you don't want that smoking damage is gonna speed up your skin aging


Reduce Stress

Watch your stress levels just breathe because stress actually causes hormonal imbalance which leads to breakouts I realize there's not much you can do if you're you know just in a stressful situation may be a stressful relationship or you have a stressful boss or maybe it's a family issue but try to go for a walk to clear your head you know or maybe go for a run at the gym to get rid of some of that stress is just not good for anyone 

so even if you're not doing it for your skin necessarily try to manage your stress you know try to go out and try to talk to your friends enjoy life a little bit more because not only is that going to make your skin look better but also you're gonna feel like a brand-new person


Use clean pillowcase

If you're looking for clear skin something that really helped me personally was making sure that every night I had nice clean pillowcases we tend to sweat at night I know I sweat a lot at night so you know what all of that sweat all those oils are going right into your pillowcase and getting it dirty and then the neck tonight you're just putting your face into it and that it's not a good look so ideally what you want to do is you want to wash your pillowcase at least once a week to ensure that you're not literally sinking your face into the dirt at night

it's just an easy way to keep your face clean while you're sleeping so you're not creating more acne without even realizing and guys if your pillowcase is like a thousand years old maybe it's time to get a new one all right get something new and fresh and trust me a new pillowcase will change your life it's just so comfortable so soft makes me want to go to bed right now just thinking about it
